Technical information

We specialise in vector graphics suitable for print & screen production. With vector files the only limitation on their quality of reproduction is your own hardware/software configuration. TeamToons have been produced over 8 feet high without losing any clarity!

AS with all clipart, to use a TeamToons graphic you need a software program capable of importing the appropriate file format. If you are unsure of your software’s compatibitlity with these file formats right click here to download a WMF (PC) sample (follow 'save target as' & once downloaded ensure the file extension is .wmf) or right click here to download an EPS (MAC) sample and check it out!

CD-ROM Collections
Our clipart CD-ROM collections are hybrid disks suitable for both MAC & PC machines. They contain vector format files (WMF for PC with EPS for MAC) in addition some collections also contain file formats such as CGM & JPEG.

Legal Notice
All images are copyrighted to Ali Clarke Design. By purchasing a collection you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use those images in accordance with the licencing agreement. Prices shown are for single terminal licence only. If you require more than one copy of a TeamToons clipart pack or wish to use the images on a network please contact the TeamToons office and ask about our attractive multi-terminal user discounts.

By installing the software you indicate your acceptance of this licence agreement.

Ali Clarke Design Software Licence agreement with end user.

This legal document is an agreement between you, the end user, and Ali Clarke Design. By installing the software you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement, which includes the software licence and certain disclaimers of warranty (the agreement). This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Ali Clarke Design.

If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not load the software. Promptly return the software and other items (including written materials) that are part of TeamToons to Ali Clarke Design.

Licence
Pursuant to this agreement, you may: a) use a single copy of TeamToons on a single computer or single computer terminal at any one time; b) copy the files into any computer-readable or printed form for backup or modification purposes in support of your use of the files on the single computer, c) modify the files and/or merge it into another program for your use on the single computer, d) Output & distribute onto your own promotional material (EXCLUDING merchandise for resale and electronic redistribution).

Any portion of these files merged into another program continues to be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you transfer the files, you must at the same time either transfer all copies whether in printed or computer-readable form to the same party or destroy any copies not transferred, including all modifications and portions of the files contained or merged into other programs.

Term
This licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the files together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the files together with all copies, modifications, and merged portions in any form.

All returns of warranted diskettes or CD-Roms must be delivered to Ali Clarke Design together with a written explanation of the suspected defect. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the full value of any diskettes or CD-Roms returned to Ali Clarke Design. You bear the risk of loss, damage and misplacement of diskettes you return to Ali Clarke Design.

Limited Warranty and Remedies
Ali Clarke Design warrants the diskette(s) or CD-ROM on which the files are furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt. This warranty is limited to you and is not transferable with the files.

The forgoing warranty does not extend to any diskette or CD-ROM that has been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or as a result of service modifications by anyone other than Ali Clarke Design.

Except as expressly set forth above, no other warranties,either express or implied, are made with respect to these files, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, Ali Clarke Design expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the files.

Ali Clarke Design and its suppliers do not warrant that the functions contained in these files will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error-free. You also assume responsibility for the selection of the files to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the files.

Your sole remedies and Ali Clarke Design and its suppliers' entire liability are set out above, in no event will Ali Clarke Design or its suppliers be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including any incidental or consequential damages, Expenses, lost profits, lost savings, or any other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the files.

General
You may not sub licence, assign, or transfer the licence of the files except as expressly provided in this agreement. Any attempt to otherwise sub licence, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder is null and void.

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. you further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Ali Clarke Design superseding any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
